  • I would think it depends on how you're losing the weight. But if you're just trying to lose fat and not muscle I say do low intensity work outs for longer durations.
  • I have a foot injury right now so the only exercise I really get is swimming but it burns calories SO quickly! Plus I lifeguard water fitness classes regularly. Everyone who does them loves them and usually see great results. Plus, if you tell an instructor about your back issue they can usually tell you some substitutions…

  • My school does not have the healthiest options. I actually lost weight just by getting rid of my meal plan and not even trying to eat healthier or exercise. I wish we had you have at your school though!
