Gummy vitamins. Ha! I eat them when I want something sweet. Its what I need to take anyway.... there are 3 types I take and it ends up being 50 Calories. I also like to eat a few frozen cherries at night. It helps with sleep, inflammation, and other health benefits.

I have the Garmin Vivofit HR. I love it. It has alot of tracking and I find it quite accurate.

I am loving this almond/coconut milk blend! soo tasty. I try to avoid soy because it is estrogen dominant, it can throw off your hormone balance.

The only cleansing I've done is a day of certain fruits and veggies. Just reset my eating habits really.

Don't shop hungry! I went to the store hungry and I wanted to buy the bad stuff. I didn't though. People at work eat out a lot! Bad food. I told them do not ask me if I want anything! And I tell my friends and family if I say I want it, tell me no.

I have been eating lots of fruits and veggies. I'm loosing weight, feeling great, staying away from processed foods, however....I ate a bowl of coco puffs last night for dinner! Surprisingly they aren't high in calories. But I did get my chocolate fix! I do love me some pizza...going to check out some homemade pizza…
