What are your guys’ go to desserts?? I like to have a little something sweet after supper and I like to keep it under 150 calories. My go to has been Halo Top, but I’m trying to get away from artificial sweeteners. Any suggestions??

Banana nice cream. It's just blended frozen bananas - that's it. You can also add cocoa powder for chocolate or any other frozen fruit.4

My go to is a coconut ice cream sandwich for 100 calories or fruit with coco whipped cream.1

My favorite is pumpkin pie pudding. Mix whole box of sugar free jello (I like butterscotch, cheesecake or white chocolate) with water, add cinnamon + truvia/stevia, add 1c pumpkin and mix until creamy. It is like having a whole pumpkin pie to yourself. (without the crust) And <200 calories. The texture is like a thick pudding/soft serve ice cream.4

Do you have to sweeten it up at all or no?0 -

Gummy vitamins. Ha! I eat them when I want something sweet. Its what I need to take anyway.... there are 3 types I take and it ends up being 50 Calories. I also like to eat a few frozen cherries at night. It helps with sleep, inflammation, and other health benefits.3

1/3 cup greek yogurt with some dark chocolate chips and some dried sweetened cranberries. It has some fat, protein, vitamins and antioxidants...it's yummy and it's good for you!1

Greek yogurt/fruit
Cadburys Choc Mousse
Jelly/fruit/yogurt
25g Granola with dollop of greek yogurt
All the above would come under less than 150 cals.1 -
My go-tos have been Snickers ice cream bars (180 calories) or the Twix ice cream bars (140 calories). I also do snack size chocolate bars (Ex: Kit-Kat fun size is 70 calories).1

Nope! The sweetness comes from the bananas. Use ripe, speckled ones. There are a bunch of videos that show you how. It's easy...I always have some ready in the freezer.1 -
If you like baking check out 200isplentysweet on instagram. Her 170 cal per square no-bake oatmeal chocolate bars 100% satisfy my sweet tooth at night like not even a full sleeve of oreos could.1

I like blueberry chia pudding. I use macadamia milk and a little ground vanilla. The blueberries provide the sweetness.
Also love a lil bowl of super ripe luscious blackberries. 😉🌻2 -
I keep my desserts to 200 calories or fewer per serving. This week, it was a stovetop dessert. Technically Danish Cherries from the Moosewood cookbook, but when they're out of season, I use blueberries. 4 cups in a pot, simmering. Add 1/4 cup sugar and 1.5 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in lemon juice and simmer till thickened. Remove from heat, add lemon zest, slivered almonds, and almond extract. Let it cool and serve with a little whipped topping.2

I like Larabar Truffles. They're 150 calories a serving, and they're chocolatey.0
