30 minutes on the elliptical gets me 4500 steps. I use the cross country program and I like it a lot. Burns more calories than walking and I sweat more and feel the workout.

I had a flex and found it counted my making dinner and chopping vegetables as steps. I changed to the One. Love it. I hook it on my bra strap. I think in a tank I would just put it on the tank. Very accurate.

I love the elliptical. I think it's easier on your back. Also, you burn more calories than walking.
