I have big jars of protein powder . I have a few bottles of fish oil tabs . and I eat fiber bars and oatmeal for fiber .I eat lots of fish , and chicken . thanks hun

OK . tae bo is a kick boxing work out .high intensity . 1000 ,1200 calorie a day diet And 1 hour of tae bo / kick boxing I want to do 2 hours a day ?? 5/ 6 days a week

I don't eat a lot of carbs . I started a week ago with fish oil gel tabs and whey protein shakes . I replace breakfast and dinner . I eat lunch . chicken salad . and my workouts are 1 hour of tae bo , Jillian Michaels , hasfit , and 30 minutes strength training .on my free days I sorta eat what I want
