You look awesome and I am most jealous of your pants.

I always put my scale on a hard, level surface. Sit it down and push on all the corners to make sure it is level and doesn't wobble.

Don't starve rabbits.

He told my my liberal use of the F word was unladylike...in any situation.

I would ditch the slimfast stuff...for 200 calories and a heck of a lot less sugar you could eat some real food and actually feel like hey, you ate. Drinking those always made me feel sad.

I switched to vaping too...I know for non smokers that probably sounds like a cop out, but as an ex smoker of 20 years I can say that it is much, much better and was almost entirely painless. Yeah its another habit but my lungs are thanking me.

The farts that startle your pets are the most productive. If I can get my cat to jump up and spin around in fear, I know I have put in some good work.

Hi! I'm 35 with an 11 year old son. I'm a dog trainer and in school to be a vet tech. Just started doing yoga again and forgot how much I missed it. Have fun with everything and good luck!

Is this just the whole "zig zag" thing renamed?

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Eat if you are hungry. Estimations of calories burned through exercise can be inaccurate anyway. Maybe check your weight regurarly, eat between 1200 and 1500 cal a day depending on how hungry or not hungry you are. Your body knows what it needs and will let you know, especially if you…

Ahh the dreaded swimming outfit. I love the billowing boxer shorts that circle me like an exotic jellyfish in the water, and the way the shorts fall down when I get out.

Something I wonder, up until a few months ago I was a fairly heavy boozer, which seemed to make me go, um well, too much. When I quit drinking is when this issue started. Maybe…

Look for whatever kind of squash is in season (spaghetti, butternut etc) cut it in half, brush it with your favorite oil and add garlic, salt, pepper or whatever you like. Roast it in the oven until its tender. Really good, high in fiber, vitamins and good stuff.

Get rid of the scale for a week or so. The a**hole in me wants to jump right up on the scale after some over indulgence, even though I know im probably not going to like what I see, even though I know its mostly water. Don't give up your body will sort it out if you treat it well for a good stretch of days.

Good luck to you! I used to be a runner too, 3 or 4 miles 5 or so days a week..would like to get back into it but hate the initial breaking in period. I was also vegan for quite a few years(ethical reasons only), but have recently been eating eggs and some dairy, mostly for convienence sake. Starting to feel guilty about…
