Thanks, i will not do anything silly, just 1300 kcal a day and some workout, thats it. I want die if i will not manage to loose 35 lbs, i just asked if its possible, but regret it ever since.

Wow, so you lost 22 kg in 3 months? May i ask what did you do, what kind of diet? Did you excersise a lot? I just started my journey, and am about 114kg, have a goal to loose 15-17 kg until the 1st of july, i thought that is very much impossible, but gave me a hope, so, thank you. And yes, i can see the difference! :wink:
