Last two days I've been working out of town and not getting my walking and exercise in. :( Need to do better tomorrow!

Saturday I have a 3 1/2 hour drive, then a 6 hour meeting for a event next month, then a 3 1/2 drive home. Not much walking for me tomorrow. Be behind already hurts from all the sitting that I will be doing. :neutral:

I'd still like to do this, I usually do between 6000 to 10,000 steps a day. I really like what you have listed, starting with a 2 week warm up :) then on to the longer ones.

I have been doing really good. Logging my food is HUGE for me. Not a new concept, been there done that before, but this time i'm doing it totally different. Just did 40 minutes of Zumba, ten minute break then 30 minutes on the bike.
