I am seeing one to, started August 1st. (Per doctors recommendation) She keeps me accountable. She likes to look through my diary to see what I've eaten. π and she's helped me work through a few things.

Just checking in. I hit a 20 lb loss this morning. I was very excited to see that. Hopefully I can keep up with what I'm doing. California weather is still in the 80's this week. I should be out tending to the garden instead of sitting here twiddling my thumbs π

I have been craving fajitas, so tonight I made shrimp fajitas. I shocked myself when I after everything was ready, I didn't even feel like having tortillas. I put everything on a bed of lettuce instead and was completely satisfied. π

not that it will be much help, but May 31, I had 4524 steps, 1.98 miles it wouldn't let me add it.

I have the fitbit flex, its basic, but tracks steps, distance, calories burned, active minutes and sleep, and lights up to show your goal progress. The app on my phone is great for checking in and seeing my progress for the day especially when in a challenge with friends :smiley: I also like changing my wrist bands toβ¦

I started on 3/2/16, today I'm down 15.2lbs. I really wish I would have taken measurements at the start but I didn't. So I did that today. I weigh in on Friday's and I had a 3.6 loss for the week. Happy Dance!!! It was a nice surprise.
