Ok! I do things such as lunges, leg press, abductors, ect and do back extensions and just started deadlifts but I havent done step ups in a long time, maybe I will try those vs. lunges. I am starting the ICF this week and I may just have to start with body weight... I dont want to give up the whole routine

Nutri bullet or bullet is what I have its a single serve mostly you put all ingredients in the cup and put on the lid and thats what has the mixer blade on it. put it on blender and away you go. Takes up little space and works great you get between 4 and 6 different cups so you dont have to wash right away either.

we dont have those :( I tend to bend forward instead of keeping my back straight and up. Just to prove I wasnt crazy I just went and did a few squats and my form was fine. Why I am struggling with this Is beyond me. I mean I squat plates on the smith machine surely a 45 pound bar isnt causing my issue..... at least i hope…

Well I tried doing them not holding a bar or anything and could seem to do them fine, its when I am holding on to the bar its like I completely lose all form, Its not that its too heavy or anything I just think I have never really done them free weight and it feels odd so my form is horrible

I agree, If I try and do it at home I find other things to do such as the laundry or dishes, or anything really because I think it needs done first. So the gym is just easier and it works and I look forward to that time away from the house. Besides sometimes you find, new work outs, friends, work out partners, different…

I dont think i personally do it maybe If I do its in my head but I have heard alot of Men specifically(not sure why) I have heard while lifting weights talk to themselves ALOT.. it seems to be helpful and acceptable to them.

a machine, I have always had trouble with this and now that I have seen an average of others lifting well over It has me wondering....as I look back in the post I see that someone asked if leg extensions were same as leg press.... Seems I am just weak at this and need to work on it :neutral:

So now I am wondering why my leg extension is so low. I mean if I try to do several reps of like 60 pounds it seems to kill my muscles right above my knee. Is this just a weak area for me or am I doing something terrible wrong?!

I really want to quit my desk job to work in a factory environment for 3 reasons.... the benefits for retirement and health are way better, the pay would be 5+ more dollars an hour than what I make now, and I could work over time. I took a scoop of peanut butter out of the jar, dumped a few mini chocolate chips in my hand stuck them to the peanutbutter and ate it.... just like that..... after I had a salad for lunch.

Thats about the size of burger I have when I grill them. I use 93/7 beef so thats what I log. If you notice some entries have a check mark by them I try and use those when I log. If something I go to log doesnt have any confirmations on it I wont use it, I will find another one that has been verified or enter it on my own.…

Same I think some people who start exercising that didnt previous have had your issue when they first start though. I would just wait it out if you are really concerned take a test or go to the dr.
