Bodybuilding.com is where I have ordered from. Currently EVL pre work out grape flavor is my favorite. I've used C4 as well its not bad either and has many flavors.

I get them from bodybuilding.com and they are at your house with in 2 days. Speaking about protein bars muscle pharm has combat crunch bars that are amazing. Choc chip cookie dough by far my favorite and they don't taste bad

Old school, in a note book that I keep In my gym bag. Normally on Sunday's I write down my work out for each day of the week. I find it useful to be able to easily look back and see progress. Writing it down just seems a lot easier than trying to enter it in an app

I prefer the gym. I find when working out at home I don't push myself as hard.... Because I know no one is watching maybe? I have my routines already wrote out so I know exactly what I'm doing for the week or weeks. I've also made friends at the gym and have the ability to ask for a spot if needed and really push myself.…

What I mean by my toes is that I've always been told my weight should be on my heels but it's hard for me to keep my weight on my heels I tend to keep my weight on my toes and the ball of my foot

I think you nailed it I talked to a couple trainers at the gym today and they watched me and that was one of the things they said because I do feel like I'm going to fall backwards

Shoes are Nike trainers they are pretty flat. I've gone bare foot too I just can't seem to keep my toes up and go back on my heals with out bending my back a lot. If I'm on my toes I can squat better but obviously bad form

I've done it with bar high and low. Not sure on the butt part maybe it's my flexiblity

Stance is just outside of shoulders, toes pointed a little out but not in. I've tried front with a kettle and I tend to have the same issue. I can sumo squat ok with a kettle. I am wondering if balance it playing a big part too

I have taken several, like them a lot. Echo what others have said about c4 its my go to, Fruit punch or watermelon are best. I don't care for Blue Razz or Strawberry Margarita. All time favorite is EVL in grape flavor. Good luck!

Thank you!! I looked up the lifting standards for someone my weight in bench press, squat, press, deadlift ect and I think I will strive to hit the intermediate goal before I do any changes. I do add in some of my own accessories now but not alot. Thanks for the advice :)
