Made my diary public, sorry didn't know about that before. And no my logging isn't inaccurate, whats the point in lying? Serves no purpose and is pretty stupid. I don't really eat breakfast or lunch. Currently using bulkpowder whey mix, pre-bottle protein/vitamins/acids for after works-outs and another for before I go to sleep. It recommends 1-3 a day but I can't even stomach one scoop, stuff is nasty. Way too sweet and no matter how good I mix it still lumpy, have tried the powder with milk, water and even strawberry…
