Yup! Thank you so much for clarifying it! I already lost almost 50 pounds since end of March. Mainly my weight came off from doing zumba and stopped eating junk everyday. Mmm I miss my candy though! My pre diabetic will be fought sooner then expected!

for the whole 40-60 carbs each meal i would have to eat so many calories and so much during the day because our place isn't full of so many carbs. I hated the way i had to count everything.. I wanna lose weight not gain weight..

Well in zumba we do lot of squats so the next day I had my trainer work out. He made me do lunges. The hamstring pulled and hurt couple days. It didn't hurt until he made me do the lunges. The only vegetables that I can eat without dressing are cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and pickles! And sometimes carrots lol. I gonna say something. I have lost 43 pounds and had hardly any vegetables in my diet. So why does the internet say you need that crap to lose weight? lol
