I hate you.

Every month you stop by and mess with my brain.
Leaving me 5lbs heavier and wondering if im making mistakes with my logging.
I second guess the calories on everything.
Making me want to nibble on a piece of lettuce just to be sure.
Why? Why do you leave me feeling like a bloated beached whale?
I sit here poking my jiggling self. Sighing in dissatisfaction.
next month can you go somewhere else on your vacation?

    Lol we must have the same days for pms! Yes pms sucks big time!! But good thing that we are still able to work out! Well I do!

    I'm soon, too. I'm wary of when it shall strike. I gain a few pounds a few days before, and most of it goes away by the 2nd day [the rest the day AFTER it ENDS, argh]... I wanna just get scraped and over with.

    Actually I did it so that if I was feeling nutty I wouldn't take it out on my boyfriend, and he could live in peace.

    I was lucky. Exercise always relieved my PMS pain.

    Periods definitely suck. The week before, I'm a hungry, horny monster that wants to eat Everything salty and cheesy and errr....flick the bean.

    GIRL! You just spoke to my heart. But I commend you on the lettuce. My pms makes me eat anything that isn't remotely close to lettuce; pizza, fast food, sweets, etc. So good job having self control in that aspect! I'm learning just to not weigh myself during pms. Numbers will always be up during that time and there's nothin I can do about it
