I totally understand you as I am also in the same boat. I have been stuck at 129 the most I get to is 128.8. Hasn't been easy trying to loose 10 more pounds. let me know what you find that can help us break this plateau.

cmriverside lol, I am not a snacker at all i usually only eat 2 times and maybe 3. My weight gained was not due to eating before it was actually my birth control that did it for me besides 3 pregnancy. I was under the impression that IF does help for weight lost... But i can be wrong.

Ummmm!!! I thought I was alone. I am also on a 1200 work out daily expect Sunday. Eat as healthy as possible and I am stuck at 128.5 and my goal is also 115. Now I have started adding strength training and see if that helps. I am not sure what else I can try to boost the scale...
