Hi everyone
I have being on losing weight goal for a year now.
I started at 183 pounds and I am at 132. It hasn't being easy. But I have being stuck and have not lost a thing. I want to get to my goal 126. Can anyone suggest anything I can do to help. My hubby thinks is that my body adjusted to eating healthy. What can I do.

Congrats on the loss thus far. I'm still new at this so I'm not sure if I have to say about the last few pounds.0

First of all, congratulations on your 51 lb loss. Take a moment (or two, or ten) to reflect on that accomplishment, because it is Haaarrrrddd to do. A lot of people will tell you to get a food scale, ask if you are measuring EVERYTHING, etc., but i think first we need to know how long yo have been "stuck", what your calorie intake is now, and what type of exercise program you are on currently, as well as your height stats.1

It has being about a month that I have being stuck. I am on 1200 calories intake. I am usually under0

Do you have an exercise program in addition to your calorie program?0

According to the week or so I looked at from your diary, you're eating 800-900 calories a day on the days you're actually logging, and exercising for an addition 600 calorie burn.
My recommendation is to log diligently. That will help you in your journey, and it will also help us answer your queation and give more appropriate advice. If that's really all you're eating, you should definitely up your calories unless you're under doctor supervision.1 -
Fewer than 1200 calories a day isn't enough, unless you happen to be very short or unless there's some medical issue going on. Then maybe. Otherwise, you should definitely eat more! Do you do any kind of strength training? That can work wonders!0

Congrats on the weight you've already lost. I'm stagnating a bit myself so I'm probably not the best to give advice, but I'd start with going back to the basics. Do what you did in the beginning. Also, it sounds like you may not be eating very much so I don't think that's good for you either. Maybe up the protein?0
