My main objective is my health, but I also have a dress I got on a whim that I knew I wouldn't fit in but I hope that maybe someday I will. But that day is still gonna be a ways away

Congratulations on the weight loss. Seeing the change does make a big difference I think, though I do have days I swear that there is nothing different about me even though the scales and my clothes say otherwise.

When I used this app awhile back I didn't use the community boards or add friends. But now that I have I'm finding that I'm keeping myself on track better other than some depression around my birthday. But after I got past that I'm back on track.

I've been on this site before, but after my mom passed away the week before Christmas I gained all the weight I'd lost and then some in just 2 months. So I'm doing this again and have been more successful since I got back at it in March than I was before. Good luck to you!

Good luck on your journey!

I'm looking for support, I've been on and off this journey too many times to count. I've had more success this time around than I've had before so anyone that can help keep me going feel free to add me

Anyone can add me, I'm finding that having the backup is helping me stay on track

Try to find something else to do those weekends you're alone if possible, something to keep you and your mind occupied. Learn a new craft or sport, read, whatever it takes.

You've made a big step in the right direction and have made good progress. We all have bad days, you just have to try to remember it's not the end of the world and get right back at the good decisions, that day if possible.

I've lost and gained weight so many times I couldn't even begin to count them all. But I'm really determined to do it and keep it off this time. Heart disease runs in my family and I lost my mom to it a week before Christmas so it's really important to me now.

Welcome to the group. I've been the same way and have used this app to lose weight in the past. But it wasn't till I joined this group and added some friends in here that I feel more successful in my weight loss. I'm hoping I continue with my success.

Been there done that, but I was the cancer patient. He will need you at your strongest, so you definitely need to take care of yourself. Anytime you need someone to listen, I'd be glad to

Anyone can add me, it helps keep me going stronger

I have the same problem, the more stressful the day the more I want to eat. I am working on ways to avoid the kitchen though

I don't just east when I'm depressed. I eat when I'm bored, happy, sad, you name it. My mom passed away a week before Christmas and the two and a half months after that I gained quite a bit of weight from eating the depression away. The hardest part is when I'm home alone. But I've come to grips with some of that and am…

I eat when I'm happy, sad, bored, any reason at all. And once I start eating it's very hard to stop. It's not any one kind of food, it's whatever I can get hold of.

I was doing pretty good again recently till my mom passed away a week before Christmas last year, and in the months since that I've put on way too many pounds. But I know I can do it, I've done it before :)
