Getting my eating under control is going pretty good so far. I've never been a big meat eater, but now that I'm trying to incorporate healthier foods into my meals, what's a way for me to get my protein without meat? I can do some fish or chicken but not a big fan of too much more.

birthday party
This weekend we have a birthday party to attend for my boyfriend's granddaughter. She loves softball so the theme is of course softball. The food is going to be concession stand foods. Being with them all I tend to overeat anyway, but those are foods I love. Any suggestions on how to deal with this and what to eat?

Starting over again for the millionth time. Every time I start really losing and people notice I blow it and gain it all back. There's a reason behind that but hopefully with help I can get past that and keep it off for good.
