Special K heavenly caramel brownie, and a few strawberries. It's like having chocolate covered strawberries. :) But I'm sure adding any chocolate with strawberries will give you that sensation lol.

Agree. I use to crave pop so badly. Then Capri Suns once I started drinking less pop. Now I almost never have cravings of any sort because I drink so much water.

In my opinion, the rude and sarcastic comments are unnecessary. For some people, drinking only water IS a challenge! It use to be for me. Now I drink plenty of water everyday. Well for Halloween last year I did wear that dress and the Dalek headband. Lol. I'd cosplay if I had places to go! Limited opportunity in West Virginia.

Not cosplaying, but I do have a Doctor Who Dalek dress I'd love to look bangin' in! I bought it last year and I only looked a little pudgy in it, after gaining 48 pounds last year, It'd prob either not fit, or I'd look like a boulder in it lol.

90 calorie fiber brownies are definitely a good suggestion! Also, you should check out the Protein Chef on YouTube. He has a lot of great recipes! Honestly, all last week I snacked during PMS. I just made sure I ate small meals so I had the extra calories to munch on. :)

Obviously you aren't going to count a drink that has sugars, syrups, and additives as a water beverage. I think the protein powdered water is a personal choice, however.

I'm about in the same boat! I have about 58 to lose. I always said I'd start the next day. I finally realized, the longer I wait, the harder it will be on me. Try making your lunches and / or dinners ahead of time so you won't be likely to slip up! :)
