Its a rocky road maintaining weight and food habits ..trust me I know. Having three children that only want to eat junk. Lol. Don't give up u can do this. My goal is too loose 75 pounds . we got this!!!!

I think its great you and your partner workout together its very motivating when your with someone you love. Coming from someone who also works out with my hubby a woman can definetly keep up with a man!!!! I can't lift as much I'm only benching 175 and my hubby is lifting 325 but I would break lol. I have this same problem after a hard workout. Its normal i drink a honey lemon mixture I came up with that works amazing. I naturally have thick thighs and butt with smaller torso but bloating swelling just sucks lol. Good luck.

Pop and hip hop has great motivatinal beats . I'll stop n dance even sometimes witch is still burning calories.

I swim a lot its relaxing.... Works muscles and I seen improvement in just weeks. Also dancing is a great exercise and its lots of fun. Good luck ☺
