Thank you everyone! I'm going to count the carbs for the apple (honey crisp) and see how it goes. I guess I need to determine how my body reacts to it then go from there.

What do you suggest I do to get more calories in? I feel like if I eat more I'll never loose weight. Am I just eating the wrong things? Ugh as soon as think I've figured it out I'm not sure I'm eating correctly. (Minus the bacon today lol that was a treat ; )
