It used to be a workout when I got ready in the morning. Now, I can get ready, actually do a workout, and still have energy :wink:

Yeah I guess I should of seen the "see your doc" card. It was worse a few hours ago, just applied ice packs for a few min, now it's feeling much better with the exception of long stretching. Thanks for your input, guys. If pain persists, I'll definitely call it in :wink:

I cut out all pastries, all junk, white rice, white bread, enriched wheat bread, flour tortillas, anything fizzy, creamy sauces, dairy... come to think of it, my choices are somewhat paleo, but not truly paleo... I have to have whole multi grains, labeled natural or organic, and fresh or dried foods. No more processed…

Im a recovering pastry addict. Lol. Pies, Donuts, Fudge bars... etc. Herbal teas help. Even drinks that are aimed for Diabetics helped. Talk to your doctor first though, to make sure it's ok for you! I'm not Diabetic, but it helps regulate my sugar cravings.

I used that as my excuse for a really long time. I know there are influences from what we see around us, but the whole idea of weight managing/losing is to resist the urge to give in. Maybe have a few fries, don't deny yourself. Just keep in control. If record keeping on MFP works for you and not with your wife, hopefully…
