Hello! :smile: thought I'd quickly greet everyone a good day/night. I'm on duty at the rescue squad all day, 7a-7p so I'm sort of stuck in one place and can only do so much exercise in my uniform...anyway, hope everyone is doing fantastic!

I live in a dorm at Rutgers University during the fall and spring! Last year I gained a few pounds and I'm scared I will again starting September...I am currently living the healthiest I ever have and still have to lose at least 40 lbs so I'm on the same boat as you!

A lot of Indian dishes are healthy and "vegan" I guess but it's mostly just oil and butter that causes me to eat very little of it. 90% of the people in the part of India my family is from are vegetarians so it's not too bad.

I did that last weekend, they seemed to like it. The thing is, it's not something I think they'd want to always do because of tradition. While I'm home for the summer I told my mom I'm claiming our second refrigerator for myself and my foods though haha

I've been vegetarian all my life and I have been trying to switch to a vegan lifestyle for a week or so:)

When people bite into chocolate that has pre-existing pieces...even the thought of that makes me mad...
