I think the macros are way less important than your total calories for the day. Make sure you are logging accurately. Weighing your food on a digital scale will be the most accurate way. Keep trying. It took me a couple months to get used to tracking my food and staying in my calorie goal.

I go by calories. As long as I'm not way over on any one macro I'm happy. All my macros tend to be in the 30% range and I'm still dropping pounds.

I just guess all my workouts burn about 100 calories. Except leg day, that's 200.

Most of the time I use the scan tool on my phone app on the packages. I must be getting a lot more than what's on the packages.

Thanks. I eat a lot of bananas, broccoli and potatoes. Maybe what I'm logging isn't accurate on the potassium. I'll look for coconut water. I could make my oatmeal and protein shakes with that.
