For those that are doing this workout, anybody skipping the blood flow restriction sets (BFR)? I don't plan on doing those. Seems kinda silly to me, but I would like to try the rest of the workout. Hopefully. Used a handheld bf machine at my gym today. It read 5.6%. I asked the trainer if he thought that was right. He said it doesn't include some types of fat. (Don't remember what types he said.) But I remember him saying it's probably closer to 7%. So I'm going with that. I'm going to hold here at about 145 pounds…

Potassium!
So the app tells me my goal for potassium is 3500 mg. I don't ever come close to that. I probably average 1000 mg a day. Does anybody have that high of a goal for potassium? Do you try to reach it? If you do reach it, what's your main source? Me: 5' 7" male Currently 152 cutting to 150
