Hopefully.

Used a handheld bf machine at my gym today. It read 5.6%. I asked the trainer if he thought that was right. He said it doesn't include some types of fat. (Don't remember what types he said.) But I remember him saying it's probably closer to 7%. So I'm going with that.

I'm going to hold here at about 145 pounds and try to eat at maintenance. Once October rolls around I'm gonna bump up the calories, probably by 500-600 and see how much I can gain by March. 9jnttvc4sjib.png
