Layne Norton's PH3 workout question

For those that are doing this workout, anybody skipping the blood flow restriction sets (BFR)?
I don't plan on doing those. Seems kinda silly to me, but I would like to try the rest of the workout.
Are you replacing them with a regular set? Are you doing the 20, 10, 10, 10 rep set? If you're doing the 20, 10, 10, 10 set, what kind of weight are you using. Same weight all 4 sets or do you change it each set.
I'm really not getting how to do these.

I skip the BFR work because I don't have bands and I run out of time since I lift during my lunch break. I do the exercises without BFR and with a moderate weight for all 4 sets of 20-10-10-10.1
