That was the weight from the scan itself. My scale at home read 146 that morning. I’m not sure which one is closer to real. I’m 5’7”.

Scan done! It took 5 minutes to do. Dexa Fit New Orleans, LA And the result... Higher than I thought it would be but under 10% makes me happy. Weighed 8 pounds more than my sacale at home too. Don’t know what’s up with that. Time to bulk!!!!

I like the Strong app but you have to enter weight and reps. I like to log weight and reps so I can try to improve each workout.

Yep. That seems kind of high. I would guess I would burn 200-300 calories at that speed and incline. I’d rather estimate low if I’m trying to cut weight.

Thanks. Not competing. I don’t have the symmetry for that. Pecs are all jacked up. Lol! I guess it’s just a challenge against myself to see how lean I can get. To push myself past where I am. This is the best condition I’ve ever been. I am pretty happy with where I am. Doing pretty good for 47 years old.

Readings today at the gym. I took it 3 times to get an average. 7 days to scan. Current progress.

Lighter weights with higher reps work for me. My goal is hypertrophy and keep my reps mostly up in the 8-20 range. I need that pump. I'll throw in higher weight with low reps for a few weeks just to change it up and get some variety but my joints don't always like that. I always make sure to try to get 1 more rep or a few…
