Seriously think I over eat reading everyone's comments! Between 6-7am breakfast Snack around 9.30-10.30 Lunch between 12-1.30 Snack again 3-4pm Dinner around 6.30-7.30 Then done for the day

Thank you everyone! All appreciated! Believe me I focus on weights it's just like my body doesn't like muscle hahaha! Although I think it's just time, patience and consistency.
