I'm a day late but I'm in! I work two jobs and most nights I don't get home until 1030-11 pm. Instead of going to bed I head straight for the snacks and I believe this is one of the reasons I have gained so much weight. Hopefully this helps me lose more lbs. Great idea!

Thanks for the tips. I found them very useful. I've heard good things from the cleanses but I don't think it's for me. I'd rather eat salad all day instead of a juice. Maybe it's a mental thing thanks again. Have a great day :)
