  • Love that you're so determined. Keep in mind, though, that us tall girls do look a lot better if we carry a bit more weight than other people. I'm 6' 2", an athlete and I surpassed 130lbs a LONG time ago. It isn't healthy, or comfortable for that matter, to shrink past what looks good. For example, I'm 190lbs and I need…

Measurements at: Chest: 36in Waist: 30in Hips: 39in I wear a 14 - haven't fit in to single digits. I work out daily, close to 2-4 hours when I do depending…

  • Alright girl, here you go! If you follow my blog and such, I'm trying to start a nightly reflection and add some female empowerment in there! I'm a college athlete and I also work two jobs, so I'm right there with you when it comes to trying to make better eating decisions. Good luck!! Cheering for you!
  • Definitely agree! I'm working on the whole definition aspect now. When you have reached target weight, it's easier to focus on gaining definition. But I will say, it's the hardest part by far..
  • If that's what you want to be!! All Queens and Kings are priceless!
  • Any guy over 6' 2" has the right to be at least 250. I mean, that's with muscle build of course. I'm 6' 1" and 180lbs and as a girl, I can say that tall means you are allowed to pack on more weight, as it distributes itself better on a tall frame.
