I am almost 24 months Post Op (September) for rny, HW was 330ish and I'm now 230ish. I've ballooned during quarantine. I'm currently doing a liquid breakfast/lunch with a healthy dinner and evening snack to get my *kitten* back on track and drop again to where I was when all of this crap started.

I am post-bariatric surgery, so I subscribe because there are certain macros I need to hit and using a percentage doesn't cut it. It's like $5 a month, so it's not too strenuous.
