September 8 - 212.5 lbs. same as yesterday

September 7 - 212.5 lbs. (weight went from 212.5 to 217.0 to 212.5 in 3 days, all because I meal at a Japanese restaurant, lots of sodium??)

You can do it! I started at 330 lbs in February of 2015 and have been down to 200 lbs in April, currently in the 215 lbs range. Just find some healthy foods you can eat and ENJOY, and find an exercise that you can look forward to doing, keep at it and you'll be amazed!

Today's weigh-in: 217.0 lbs. I didn't think I pigged out yesterday but I must have!

First thing in the morning works best for me. If not then, only about 50/50 that it gets done.

September 5: 212.5 lbs. (down a whopping 2 lbs. from yesterday)

September 4 - 214.5 lbs (same as yesterday) I do feel like knowing I will be posting my weight each day is giving me extra motivation to eat well.

Trying to stay under sodium max when eating out is almost impossible for me, I pretty much have to go with a salad, and even then be careful with what meats are in it and the dressings.

Today's weigh-in 216.5 lbs. This is actually 2.5 lbs down from yesterday, so I am preparing myself for a higher number tomorrow. Have a great day!

Good advice for all of us, I am going to have to manage my emotions in regard to the scales, that will be part of this challenge. I like to see the scales always going down, and I know that will not happen for a full month.

For me the physical aspect of eating less did get easier, I very rarely get physically hungry. The mental side comes and goes for me, some days I am right on point with no issues, other days I drive around from one fast food place to another loading up calories, am I hungry? NO, but do I want to eat? Yes, but the key for…

I know that I started this challenge, but I am done...my final total for the month was 2000 push-ups. Congrats to sgt1372 who rocked it, and to mbaby86 and Savyna who have done great, as well as all the others. What would be a good challenge for September?

I don't think Nutrisystem would be work for me, but I DO like the idea of building a treat of some kind into each day, maybe as a reward - if I eat well and do my planned exercise today, then I can have an ice cream sandwich for dessert. I think I am going to give it a try, and yes I have had to learn that I can't eat…
