I will second this...at 330 lbs my A1C was 8.2, after losing over 100 lbs and being off meds for over six months my A1C was 5.7. I had to buy another new belt! I've gone from size 56 pants to size 38 and this is actually a size 36 belt! And I was able to buy the belt from Walmart - no more King Size Direct for me!
