I think there is some math involved... obviously, your body needs a certain amount of food to maintain weight. Instead of focusing on forever, maybe focus on what you're going to eat today or this week. Do what it takes to maintain your weight this week. Make positive choices. I lost 50 pounds and have been in maintenance…

Half cup unsweetened almond milk 1 frozen banana and 2 tbs of pb2

I quit smoking on 6/6/15 & it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I smoked from age 14 until just before my 28th birthday so half my life at this point, that's too much.

You look great!

Hey ladies! Congrats to everyone on your amazing progress. I began my journey St Patrick's day 2015, just over 6 months Ago. I have since lost 50 pounds and have gone from 14/16 sizes to around 6/8... I am 28 years old and 5'2. I was 190 to start and now weigh 140. My goal is 119-130 pounds. I did it by tracking my food on…

It takes a while to notice changes in your body. Take pictures along the way so you can compare. Log your measurements. Remember the successes you have athletically in the gym. Unfortunately 10 pounds is not too much on a 200+ pound body but everyone starts somewhere. You stick with it and 10 pounds becomes 20, then 30...…

Hi, I'm sorry that you are having relationship problems. I find your sexual problem interesting. I find that sex is hotter since I lost weight since I am more comfortable in my skin. Maybe you should talk to your doctor. Maybe you have a hormonal imbalance or something. As far as the rest... I think you need to compromise.…

I'm 5'2. My starting weight was 190. I'm currently 146. My goal was 120 but I'm feeling way better already. I may settle on 130.

I used ground turkey today. I cooked it in the skillet then used the taco seasoning mix. I put some crumbles on top of a salad for a taco salad type thing. For dinner I put it in a tortilla.

Do you have a spiralizer? I make zoodles from time to time. That's good. How about cutting up some onions and peppers and cooking them in a skillet with Pam and scramble them in egg whites. Or cooking them in a wok with teriyaki sauce and shrimp. Veggies are good in soup...

Southwest egg beaters are great. They're low cal and you can make yourself a scramble with some ham and potatoes quickly. Sometimes I put them in a wheat tortilla with cottage cheese. Another thing I enjoy is quiche. You can find a lot of great recipes online, make one on a Sunday, and eat a slice for breakfast all week.…

HeY ladies, This short lady discussion is actually popular. Lol. I am 5'2 and down 41 pounds. I currently weigh 149 but would like to weigh about 125. You can add me as well.

I am 5'2. My starting weight was 190 and I am currently 154. I would like to weigh 120 but I will decide as I get closer. People carry weight differently. I can't believe I weighed practically 200 pounds at my height. But hey, I'm working on it.

That's awesome! Me too!!!

Great job!

How much do you exercise?
-
5'2 and still have a lot of weight to lose. My goal is 1200 calories a day. I don't log my exercise, I just note it in my diary. I've had some days I've gone over like anyone else but I have steadily lost weight, about 30 pounds in 3 months.
-
I'm a success in progress. I've lost 28.6 pounds in 3 months. I still have 30-40 pounds to go. Add me. (:
-
You look great. Congrats!

I like to eat protein for breakfast if I can; It fills me up. Turkey sausage and some fruit. Sometimes quiche or eggs. Cereal when I'm in a hurry but that doesn't last long.
-
Just stick with it. I gained 2 pounds my first week. I'm steadily losing now.
-
5'2. Sw 192 cw 176.8 gw 122? I'll know once I get a lot closer.

I'm in. It's funny how weight really does creep up on you. I went to the doctor for a company wellness check up a month ago and was shocked and disgusted when I got on the scale. Let's get those bikini bodies back!
-
You look great. Congrats. My goal is to lose 60-65 pounds. It is encouraging to read about others who have done it. (:
-
I will be buying jello!

I want to lose 50. You can add me too.

To answer some questions: I am young, 27, and I am 5'2. Apparently I'm supposed to weigh 115 pounds or something. :/ I'm a long way off from that so I put in a 2 lbs per week weight loss goal in order to make some progress. This is week 2 and I have a hard time meeting my 1200 goal. I was wondering how anyone manages with…
