I currently tip the scales at 240 I have been doing p90x and just would like to know my best option to gaining more muscle quickly and I have been told that the more muscle you have the more fat you can shed.

From what I've learned yogurt and protein bars are a great alternative for the on the go lifestyle. I'm in the same boat by not hitting the protein goal, and I'm getting great feedback from all these guys and girls on this thread! Keep it up I'm sure it will pan out with hard work!

I eat Greek yogurt just about everyday. I'm not real handy in the kitchen what kind of fish? And do you eat just beans plain?

Daily calorie intake for me is 2320 but after Insanity workouts I can easily have 300 to 800 calories left in a day. My daily protein goal is 141 grams which I only manage to get to about 110 or around there. I'm trying to drop fat so I shoot for the least amount of calories. If that makes any sense.

I do an instant breakfast in the morning but I believe it's only 12 grams of protein. Any suggestions on shakes?

While you have been working out you probably have been dropping fat and gaining muscle. Muscles weigh more than fat. Have you been checking your measurements? I just started insanity and the best web based calculator I could find is on insanitycalories.com . Just put in your weight, level of intensity and how long your work out was then it will give you est calories burned. I then create them in my fitness pal under "My Exercises" hope that helps.
