  • Soft boiled eggs (Steam them for 6 minutes and they come out perfect!) and one slice of Dave's Killer thin sliced toast (60 cal/slice). Tons of protein, very filling, and under 300 calories.
  • I'm pretty new at this so people can correct me--but it depends how you are tracking. If you are doing the simple calorie count then yes, you should eat at least some of the calories back (but make sure you aren't overestimating your calories burned!
