Pretty much every day (except usually full-fat yogurt, but the store was out last time I went).

Protein, fiber and fat are filling. It's a different combination for everyone.
I rotate a few breakfasts - Greek yogurt parfait with Fiber One or Kashi GoLean, Homemade egg McMuffins (I bake eggs + egg whites ahead and freeze) then I toast a high fiber English muffin, or crockpot oatmeal (several servings) made with milk for add protein and fruit.1 -
Soft boiled eggs (Steam them for 6 minutes and they come out perfect!) and one slice of Dave's Killer thin sliced toast (60 cal/slice). Tons of protein, very filling, and under 300 calories.1

I do not need a big breakfast so I do not eat much for breakfast. My go to's are cottage cheese and fruit, sometimes I will have veggies and a protein. My breakfasts are normally 100-200 calories, but I also eat another small snack 2-3 hours after that.1

Homemade protein shake (hemp / egg white currently); with coconut milk and filtered water; moringa herb; ground chia seed; psyllium powder, oat bran powder, l-glutamine, potato starch (252 calories).1

I make a hash with an over easy egg on top that's to die for.
100gms gold potato
1 tsp coconut oil
110gms zucchini
2 oz soychorizo
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Paprika
Over easy egg
Season potatoes only at least that's what I do and brown them with coconut oil until almost cooked through. Add zucchini since they cook faster cook until soft add in soyrizo and cook until done. Put in a bowl and top with over easy egg.
Its about 300 cals I believe
Or I make a breakfast burrito with
Zucchini
Spinach
Soyrizo
Egg whites
Salsa
Whole wheat tortilla
But my all time favorite is
1 serving 4% milk fat cottage cheese(low fat is disgusting)
1 slice whole wheat toast
Sliced berries(strawberries, black berries, blueberries)
1 tbsp honey drizzled over everything

hard boiled egg and bacon. Yummy and low carb, which keeps your fast going from the night before.

I don't know how many calories you would consider 'low cal' ... but for my breakfasts I look to get about 20-25% of my daily calorie allotment ... which puts any breakfast I have thats about 350 to 400 calories a good one. The ones that hold me over the longest before I need to eat again things lik:
eggs (omolets, boiled, fried, with toast, maybe some cheese, maybe some meat or fried potato)
yogurt and ricotta cheese with berries and nuts
oatmeal with peanut butter and banana, or with berries and walnuts
supper leftovers with some meat, some veggie, some grain

Cottage cheese and canned fruit or a nature valley protein bar. About 200 calories each. I usually eat both.0

For breakfast I aim for filling and sustaining. It's pretty routine so I rarely over eat.
I have oatmeal with fruit and Greek Yogurt. Lately I have been stirring in some PB2 because I have it on hand. Sometimes a drop of vanilla Stevia too.0 -
Define low calorie. My version is probably different.0
