I keep teetering between like 197 and 200. I was over the moon to see 199 but I can't manage to actually stay under 200 );

I do the same thing and get myself so discouraged because i fluctuate up to 3-4 lbs a day. I wish i could make a habit of just doing it weekly but the scale is always right there :(

I'm pretty new to my fitness pal. I'm a 22 year old mother of 2 girls. I have been over 200 lbs since the age of 12. I weighed about 265 this time last year and decided to make some changes. I gradually lost about 30 on my own and downloaded mfp about 3 months ago and am down to 203 but I could definitely use more…
