I am having the WORST time right now not junking out. I don't know what is with this week but I have been obsessing over certain junk foods; I force myself not to eat them but end up over doing it on low calorie stuff. I wonder if I would be better off giving into my craving in moderation than way over eating healthy food…

Calves and Thighs - I have the hardest time losing fat in my legs and toning them. I also, can never find boots that fit over my calves and more often than not end up having to have them stretched. Even at my thinnest my legs were big, thick and shapeless.

I had a similar experience with my first elliptical. I could only do 5 minutes at a time and I felt like a real loser but I worked hard and eventually got up to 45 minutes a day at a full run on the thing and lost 70 lbs! Keep at it every step brings you closer to better fitness and 5 minutes is better than 0 minutes. Good…

It's boobs! Sorry I didn't get the alert that anyone posted on this LOL With my weight gain came these really great boobs but I just lost 8 lbs and guess what one bra size; so 4 lbs a boob :smile: Funny thing is I would rather keep the boobs and lose the thighs!
