I did the arm stuff and felt like I'd done an hour of HIIT! I guess it depends where your strengths lie and mine don't seem to be with reverse push ups! You've done amazing! :D I did wicked wed, soup day, and today is meat-free eek! I got myself some veggie sausages which are great and made a big all-day stew again as I was feeling pretty low and it's comforty without the calories! Managed 3 days of the HIT so far!

Firstly, you have got to acknowledge that your "all or nothing" approach is not right - how can it be if 5 minutes later you eat cookies. Yeah, did some swimming today as I find it helps keep me active on days I am a little 'weaker' from the day before! I'm doing soup too! Strength should definitely count as you can burn loads! If FB has the calorie estimate you could always add it manually!

Not necessarily - even bodybuilders lose fat to go from 'muscley-fat' to lean and muscled, I think the term is 'cutting'. Especially if you don't want to look necessarily muscular, I do suggest working out to tone up, but losing the weight is often necessary! -from my personal experience in the past

I'm about same as you OP - My goal is set to 1000 to remind me to exercise before I eat extra! But I am very flexible with going over a little and would not suggest eating 1000 calories in a day! It's purely to keep me at a 500 deficit once I get up and move about a bit!

I'm actually 127lb this morning which is lighter than my last weigh in! Woohoo, I lost at least 1lb this week! :D Just keep working hard and drink lots of water if your meal was salty as you can retain lbs of water!
