I'm doing weight watchers meetings and myfitnesspal tracking. I just seem to need the accountability. But the tracking is so much easier on mfp. I had 350 left for today. Cut up a whole head of romaine, added a can of tuna, some diluted mustard and some relish. It's working for me so far.
