Thanks I know it's not my problem, it just really got to me today for some reason. I will definitely keep doing what I'm doing, I just wish people would mind their own business and not feel the need to comment on something they have no idea about.

Yes Layne Norton has the best reverse dieting explanation out there that I could find. It's a bit of a struggle though since I'm so used to eating low calorie. It almost puts a fear in you about eating more and possibility of weight gain. Obviously there will be some but still a scary thing.

I don't weigh myself often, last summer I was 118 and now I'm 119. I only eat around 1200 cals a day, a bit more on Saturdays as I have a cheat meal then.
