  • BCAA's is great for energy. That's how I get through morning pre meal cardio and my afternoon weight training. If i was weight training early though, i would personally have a protein shake ready to mix by my bed in the morning.

  • It works well if you really push every movement to the fullest. Naturally it works better the harder you work for it. Also keeping your nutrition on point is the other half (or more) of the coin. I did it for a month and liked it.

  • There's no point in taking a fat pill if your macros aren't tightly dialed in in combination with your training. They help very little compared to the actual diet and exercise and a thermo pill has to be the last link in the chain to be of any real benefit.
