chocolate egg curd: 2 egs, 40 g. heavy cream, some water, 10 g. cocoa powder, eritrytol and water (to make a bigger portion). Mix all the ingredients in a sauce pan with low fire and stir until it thickens. Let it cool down. I makes two nice portions. I like it frozen.

Thank you everybody. Perhaps i should have mention that i am not overweight and i work out. Not trying to loose weight, but fat. Your advice of increasing protein makes even more sense, i guess.

Almost done. I went out to run though familiar issues didnt allow me to do in the morning as i like to do (empty streets, i feel tired in the evenings, come on, i have a BABY!).
