Buy a whole chicken and you can have several meals out of it plus make a soup with the bones and hard to get at meat. Just add in some beans, rice, celery and you have some soup too.

Yoga. there's many studios that offer Community classes cheap. My studio is a min $5 donation for a community class and they usually have one per day.

Definitely don't go to Dolly Madison lol

I couldn't eat it daily myself as I like mixing things up. I do know the mercury content is quite high but maybe someone else can elaborate on the ins and outs of that.

Beards are great...man buns that have been appearing with said beards...not so much. Awful look. Combine that with manpris and a man purse...definitely not hot.

Cauliflower pizza crust is amazing. If I only cook a specified number of potatoes then I'm good but God forbid if I cook a batch because then I eat the entire pot. I'm the same way with bread. Those are my two vices. Mashed potatoes cooked with garlic and mashed with butter, buttermilk and heavy cream, salt & pepper and…

I limit my tuna with its mercury content but tuna in water is a good protein source. I add to my mix of options and have it here and there.

I'm trying this! I love the sound of squash with apple.

You'd be the life of a party..."don't eat that! It's full of blah blah blah....and you'll develop cancer and die!!" You should change your handle to "prophet of doom" I buy unsweetened vanilla coffee mate but wish I had those gingerbread and pumpkin spice ones you speak of!
-
Any type that's unsweetened. You can make your own as well.

a mini babybel cheese and two lavash crackers work for me. If I'm going to play volleyball, then I really eat to prepare for all the calories burned (3hrs of beach or indoor burns upwards of 1500 calories) otherwise just a snack ahead works at the gym. After workout I'll eat whatever...usually dinner at that point.

The good* citrus peeler * hand held grater (grating citrus, nutmeg, etc.) * pampered chef juicer (gets every bit of juice out of citrus) * little tool that gets the tops off of strawberries I don't have any bads. I use my juicer occasionally but agree it's a pain to clean. I want to buy a kitchenaid to make bread dough. I…

Where do you live? I support a family through my local church. I'm on my 20th family now. The church provides me with a list of items and I buy them and take them to the church. Maybe check with your local salvation army, as they help many low income families.

Yep, keep lifting and buy a foam roller

My fav of all time is Beverly UMP in chocolate but it's expensive. It tastes exactly like nestle quik.

It makes all the difference!!

multi vitamin biotin omega 3 protein powder when I'm strapped for protein on the run

If you soak your oats overnight (large flake oats) in water, drain in the morning and add water again and cook then it is smoother. I soak all my oats, nuts and beans overnight.

anything apple

I like mine smooth without lumps but has to be thick and not runny.
-
YOu can add some nuts too if you don't want to cook with coconut oil. Sometimes I use a cooking spray and have walnuts or sliced almonds for my fats.
-
My fav high protein meal is French toast. There's lots of breads out there with high protein. A good sprouted grain bread has 12g of protein in two slices. One whole egg and some egg whites in a dish with pumpkin pie spice, dip in bread and cook in coconut oil. I top with greek yogurt mixed with some maple syrup and…

What kind of class were you doing? Flow classes won't have you staying in positions long. Was it a yin class where it's based more on stretching? The only time I'm on my knees is at the start doing cat/cow poses before starting in on sun sals

Yum I need to try that Tzatiki recipe. I juice to get my veggies when I'm hard pressed for time (I love salads and all veggies). Beets, celery, kale, spinach, carrot, one granny smith apple, one lemon, ginger and it tastes awesome. Throw washed veggies in as is and it's done. My juicer incorporates the peel, rind etc. into…

I eat it every day and am hungry two hours later, but I eat every two hours. I always use large flake oats (not the quick oats) and soak them overnight, drain and add water and cook with some cinnamon, top with fruit and 1/2 a scoop of protein powder and almond milk. Soaking the oats makes the oats more creamy...like…

Every day I eat oatmeal with fruit...lately it's peaches while the peach season is still going. I'll add in 1/2 a scoop of vanilla protein powder and some almond milk and I'm good. Sometimes I'll add in a tbsp. of natural pb too. I always soak my oats overnight, drain, add water and then cook that way. I soak all my oats,…

2 cups daily and have no desire to quit. I adore my morning coffee.

Classes would definitely help. I took French immersion as a child and am considered fluent but rarely get to use it. When I do, it's more often Quebecois French which is entirely a different thing from the French I learned in school.

avocado is very healthy for you where mayo isn't. If I don't keep my healthy fats at a certain daily level, then I really see it in my hair and skin.

I poach mine in a bit of almond milk and then season with some chives
