Tried it a few times and not a fan. It doesn't allow for chemistry. You can text and get along just super and then meet and nada. Many I find are single for a reason and the nice ones are taken and kept.

Wendy's has really good salads. Just watch the dressing amount you use. Or you could get a salad and chili and put the chili on the salad...that would be filling. Love Tim Horton's chili as well.

I do yoga often and it's changed my body and mind in many ways. I don't know what it is but it makes me so relaxed and peaceful after a really hard class. I don't know why anyone takes antidepressants when they could just do yoga haha

I know I say it often but yoga! A Nice restorative or yin class is good for the back, once you have been cleared by a physician that the problems aren't disc related, etc.

I'll usually have a protein shake before I work out or some lavash crackers with light babybel cheese and some berries. Something not too heavy.

When I want to burn fat, I skip for a minute between sets and do everything with minimal breaks. I break mine into: day 1 shoulders day 2 quad focus legs day 3 back day 4 arms day 5 glute focus legs day 6 abs and I do yoga two days a week too. I don't chest because I do it enough with yoga and I hate doing chest.

It's awful for your body. Whenever I do it, I always regret it; especially since the last time I got hit by a glass juice bottle that someone threw at me from the window of their car.

That isn't eat enough if you're working out that much. I do 60 mins of weights and eat 1700 calories. If I play volleyball and lift weights then my calorie intake is 3000 and I'm losing a pound a week. Is MFP suggesting you eat that little?

I gained 10 but was purposely bulking. I've lost 6, so just a few more pounds.

I make my own soups. it's easy and you know what's in it.

I eat lots on Thursday when I play volleyball as I burn over 1000 calories as we play for almost 3 hours, so Thursdays I eat almost 3000 calories.
