Maybe someone could enlighten me on this current trend of manbuns. They seem to go along with full beards and the bun can be on any part of the head...actually saw pig tails last night at volleyball but since he's a giant nobody gave him the gears.

Yes that is needed with dress shirts that do up the front...they always gape with us chesty women and a cross body purse helps with that for sure!

I don't care for bagels myself but if they're your vice, then fit one in a day. Mine is ice cream but I'm buying my own ice cream maker and making healthy ones from scratch. Oh and Montreal is good for poutine, interesting French and hydro...since they provide most of the hydro for the east coast of north america.

Don't take pre-workout stuff...before a workout I'll have a protein shake with a banana in it and that does me just fine.

2.5 hours of volleyball tonight. Eating lots to prepare as you go through energy quickly. Maybe the whole team will show up tonight so we can sub on/off and have a rest here and there.

I struggled with eating disorders and have it mainly under control but when stressed I feel the urge to eat. I started yoga ten years ago and that has helped a ton with my anxiety. My stems more from perfection issues rather than being overweight and it was a method of control for me.

A big bowl of homemade veggie soup with some shredded chicken and shrimp.

I'd mix in yoga too...lots of leg work with yoga holding the poses isometrically and all those balance poses on one leg. Mixed in with weights, cardio and diet you'll get some nice sexy defined legs.

I defrost them first. I like them syrupy. I only add them frozen when I'm making shakes or before I microwave my oatmeal.

I like the step mill at a moderate pace for 30 minutes. I don't go too hard to elevate my heart rate but enough to get a sweat and keep it in the fat burning stage. Then I'll go do weights with whatever body part I'm working. If I want to mix it up I'll incorporate intervals with my weights workout and do burpies,…
