I really do not like mine and yes plastic surgery is in order. Mainly in my belly apron area! I gave birth to a beautiful 10 pound 22 1/2 bouncing baby boy 34 years ago. So I have had this apron for almost a lifetime! Problem with me having surgery is its not covered on insurance and I don't play much lotto!!

Keep working out get back into 6 days a week! Avoid high carb foods Start drinking more high protien smoothies Get active with advanced meal prep thus slowing down snacks Do the 5 day pouch reset Zen, meditate Best of luck to all and a very happy safe new year !!!!!

Thanks! I agree with everything you have said! I believe that once I got to 180 that I was home free. That was when I began reintroducing myself to all my favorite foods. Carbs! Yikes what have I done?
