Good luck! I recommend that you read the Success Stories message board regularly to keep motivated. Consistency is the key. It will be a long slog with many rewards along the way.

I don't do diets. I have had success with just eliminating bad foods and focusing on delicious meals, and running a calorie deficit. That way, when I get to my goal, I won't be getting off a diet.

My first NSV - I was so out of shape when I put up the Christmas lights that I needed help with the gorilla ladder. I just took down the lights, and was able to move and set up the gorilla ladder easily by myself.
